A Light and Sound Mind Meditation session may trigger experiences that are possibly beyond anything you have experienced before. For the beginning meditator, it is truly a revolution to silence the monkey mind (obsessive mental chatter).

The MindPlace Light & Sound machines have high-frequency signals that directly control the lights, allowing audio and visual stimulation to be synchronized. They have up to fifty or more pre-programmed sessions, each with a different purpose.

The user selects a session, puts on headphones and Ganzframes (Ganz Feld effect frames), sits back, and enjoys the experience. Depending on the session, it can be for relaxation, stimulation, meditation, or just fun.

Colored LED light stimulates psychedelic patterns that transport your mind to transformative spaces. Your mind copies the flicker frequency. The Ganzframes react to programmed flashes and deliver a crisp, coordinated waxing and waning geometrical display that wraps your eyes in a spectrum of pure color.

The 'sound' part of a session utilizes binaural beats or isochronic tone pulses that entrain your mind into beneficial mind states: the slowest waves experienced during sleep and unconsciousness, delta, the ‘dream’ waves of theta, the ‘relaxation’ waves of alpha, ‘waking’ waves of beta, to the latest discoveries of high-speed waves considered ‘integrating’ or ‘encoding’ waves known as gamma.

The Limina sound and light machine has millions of possible color combinations and over 100 Light & Sound sessions, and you can add more. 

The audio engine creates binaural beats and isochronic tones utilizing a variety of audio waveforms, plus pink noise. You cannot download audio files into Limina.  If you’d like to do that, choose our Kasina model. Limina can decode any SpectraStrobe™ or AudioStrobe® audio tracks when you play them through the AUX audio input.  Or play your favorite affirmation, meditation, and other material through the input, and the Limina mixes it with the internally synthesized sounds.
